Complimentary U.S. Shipping

Enjoy complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $100.

For orders below $100, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping method.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Because our pieces are carefully inspected and prepared before shipping, processing times may occasionally vary during new collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, typical delivery time is approximately:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@musehandbags.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
